  • NEVIMC will review all history and diagnostic test results to provide individual, detailed and clear recommendations for your complex medical cases. Recommendations will include diagnostic tests, treatments and follow-up timelines. Follow-up recommendations on prior consultations is offered at a reduced fee.

  • Whether you are looking to understand your pet’s medical condition better or are interested in a second opinion, we will provide our expertise on your pet’s needs. We will also provide a written overview of recommendations that will be sent directly to your veterinary medical team. We cannot make direct medical recommendations or prescribe medications for your pet with a digital remote consultation.

  • Are you looking to provide a refresher to your veterinary clinic staff? Have a type of medical condition that you struggle with and wish to get a personalized presentation on? Want in-clinic training to improve your ultrasound skills? We offer in-person and remote teaching opportunities. Availability and fee may be provided upon request.

Veterinarian Consultation

Initial Consultation Fee: $100

Follow-up on previous consultation: $50

NEVIMC will review all medical history, diagnostic test results and treatment responses. We are independently owned and are not biased to recommend any specific laboratory for diagnostic tests or medications and instead make those recommendations based on evidence-based medicine. We provide in-depth and personalized recommendations for initial diagnostic investigation, treatment and monitoring. We provide follow-up consultation at a reduced fee for cases that we have previously provided consultation on. Follow-up’s will always be with the same internist, ensuring continuity of care and consistency of recommendations. Consultation turnaround time is anticipated within 1-3 business days. For some cases, direct discussion with the pet owner may be helpful for targeted questions and client education. If you feel that your case may benefit from this, please direct your pet owner to schedule a client-direct consultation with us and we will subsequently share our recommendations directly with you.

Client-Direct Consultation

Consultation Fee: $200

NEVIMC will discuss your pet’s medical condition with you in real-time, will help explain diagnostic test results, complex medical conditions and evaluate their overall condition. Our client-direct consults are typically limited to 45 minutes and can be facilitated over video call or phone call. We will provide you with a written document outlining our consultation. Submission of your pet’s full medical records is required for consultation.

NEVIMC will provide you with an unbiased second opinion regarding your pet’s medical condition. NEVIMC will provide your veterinary provider with a document outlining our specific recommendations. Any recommended diagnostics or treatments must be discussed with your personal veterinary provider team. We do not provide any prescribing services and a valid in-person veterinary-client relationship is required for treatment alterations.
